FULL BENCHES

Full benches are made for indoor or covered outdoor use such as a porch or covered patio.

Although they could be done with a finish to withstand exposure, the wood will eventually turn gray and loose its natural beauty. This can be deterred with annual refinishing if you are up to the chore. Even in a covered outdoor location, a simple application of oil once or twice a year IS recommended  retain the original luster.

The "Mother of All Wedding Benches" made for my daughter and son-in-law from cypress, a naturally water rot resistant wood, and finished with a UV/mold resistant outdoor oil.

The bottoms of the legs of all benches intended for outdoor use are sealed with a roof patch material for protection, and the backs can be laser engraved for an extra charge.
